Hooray! I can now finally trade in my old Ford Explorer for something that won't roll over during a slow speed lane change.

Thanks for the pictures and the link HiFlo5 0.
Good Golly Miss Molly, it comes with a PahHard rod! I think I'm going to faint.

ok, i have 2 complaints about this car: 1, the fog lights in the front grille are too large, and too close to the center for my taste. 2, i don't dig that huge emblem smack dab in the center of the decklid, between the taillights. other than that, this car fuckin owns

Dude, i love my 99 Cobra, but i truley do not like the 05 mustangs.. Sure they use a new platform, but it has 60's styling... when a new form of a model comes out i like to see something that says the human race is moving forward, not 40 yrs backwards

Oh I remember the hate that the 99's brought along with them very well. I remember no one liking them, execpt for me. Now they seem to be all the rave.

Thumbs down

The inside looks good. But the outside? It looks like my dads 1st mustang. At least if they were going to rebuild old designs they could have got out all the old dies and presses and remade Steve McQueens Bullit. I dont think the auto companies know what to do anymore. I think the new cobra is the best looking mustang in a long time, real muscle car looking. The 05 looks wimpy to me, and I agree with an earlier poster about those giant fog lights.

'05 Shelby Cobra = not mustang
it's an entirely different line of cars
there is no '05 cobra

You didnt. I was talking about the 2003 cobra in relation to the 05 mustang, which I have just seen more pictures of and the car looks better than it does in those outdoor pics. Except for the search light sized fog lamps!!

I am dissapointed majorly. First of all, those fog lights are HORRIBLE, and I dont like how they decided to not have the exhaust coming out of the back bumper, and I dont like the tires. Oh well, all that excitement and waiting for nothing. And that new Shelby Cobra, I am a MAJOR shelby cobra fan, and that disgusts me. Looks like some messed up Golf Cart, LOL!

Well I have a couple things to say about this:

First of all i gotta say the interior is gorgous - but hte seeats could use some bigger sides on it.

The car itself is damn ugly, they took so much stuff off the muscle mustangs and screwed it up big time, but i gotta say that it is a big improvment over the 94+ cars.
The headlights have a sort of sad look to them, and they way over sized the fog lights. The stance does't suit the car, and the wheels are god awfull(but who cares about the wheels anyway).
I wish they would actually care about what hte mustang guys thought about instead of having a ton of old farts locked up in a room telling us that it is a suprize.
