exedy clutches

has anyone ever used an excedy clutch? i am wondering on quality, durablilty, and how much of an increase i am lookin at for pedal pressure. thanks a lot

Re: exedy clutches

i have an excedy clutch (stage 3 i think) in my 93 SR. it's fine. little different to get used to over the factory clutch. it just drops in gears quickly when you shift. but you,ll get used to it in like 5 minutes, but you won't teach poeple how to drive stick on it. my only complaint would be that it doesn't hold up as well as i hoped at the drag strip. faded bad (from heat) after a half dozen runs.

exedy clutches = oem honda

(except for their race clutches...stage 2..3..etc...)
