Cam gear question

ok i got the AEM cam gear and im puttin it on my 93 delsol si what is it suppose to be set at...i figured i needed to know that before i put it on....also and one have any suggestion on what company to go with for head packages...thankd for the help.

You need to set it to 0 to set the ignition timming before you do anything. Then you really need to tune it on a dyno to get it right. There is no one setting that works for all.
