96 Z-71 Fuel block

I looking for a picture or directions on how the fuel meter block is connected to the fuel lines. I had a problem with it the other day. I had trouble getting it started and had a gas odor under the hood. I found that the fuel block on the intake was leaking. The o-rings were gone. When i went to put it back together the suppy line had no o-rings and the return had two. Is this normal or how should this be installed. Any help you guys could give would great. Goose
