EGR not working

I have a '94 with the 3.0L. I have pulled a "332" code from the computer "insufficiant EGR flow". There is zero vacuum at the EGR valve up to 2800 RPM (I didn't go any higher). I have replaced the EVP and EVR with any effect. Any help would be much appreciated.

egr

remove your throttle body an see if there is an egr passage under the gasket. I had same problem with my 3.0 dohc and all it needed was the egr passage cleaned out, after spending $75 for a sensor ford has had a problem with clogged egr passages for years
