Problems with my '89 Shadow

I currently own an '89 Dodge Shadow ES and ive been having a bit of problems with the way it shifts. It seems that every time I shift the car seems to jerk a bit when I let off the clutch. Its not that im doing everything too fast, its just alwasy like that. Also if I let off the gas in any gear it will jerk a bit. Sometimes randomely the car will just jerk for about 3 seconds while just cruising around.

Can anyone help me with this problem? Im guessing the engine is just too old for the car, it almost has 200,000 miles on it now.

Sounds like your clutch has taken a turn for the worse...
