lol, i would guess from your sig you are talking about the SLP performance firehawk ... i recall seeing a kit (might have been a diecast) that was labeled firehawk about a year and a half ago while i was looking for other camaro models for my collection ... i would be happy with more kits of 20's to 50's cars and trucks ... prefer the 3 in 1 type kits .. with extra parts .. i know there are a few but not to many out there... |

![]() I have the Lindberg kit, 4 actually, from a few years back. It is a `94, and as far as I know, is the only Firehawk collectible ever made. I don`t know why Revell doesn`t do one. All they have to do is make the hood, decals, and modify the wheels a little. Anyone know how to contact these people to suggest subjects? I would also like to see Tamiya do any F-body or Corvette. Also, I just thought of two other subjects that I am sure will eventually hit the market, hopefully sooner than later: 2005 Corvette!!! (new body style) 2005 Mustang (completely new body style, very retro) |

![]() Yeah, they are grossly underrated. I posted a message a while back about them (LS1 cars) comparing performance figures with other cars, and if I recall correctly, handling/cornering was similar to a Porsche Boxster and acceleration was equal to a Ferrari 360 Spider. Now with the supercharger on it, it will hang with a Prosche 911 GT2. And I`m selling it for $20,000! ![]() and (I almost forgot), it will still get 30-35mpg highway, better than a VW GTI or Honda Civic according to Car and Driver, March 2002. |
