does anyone know of any sites that have car manuals (preferably on the net) for a 99 a4 2.8 ???

I've seen many on ebay - if you don't find it today wait a week and eventually it will be there. Also many Audi CD's though I don't know if they are legal - I would ask if they are official

Try ebay motors under manuals.
