Question swap ecu help

Ok, i'm either getting the d15b vtec or d16z6 engine for my rex next month. Im keeping my auto tranny for now. What ecu can I get that will work on either engine with my auto box? I have an 89 integra auto ecu sitting around can I use that with the apexi V-afc unit?

Thanks guys... just wanna buy the right shit the first time from now on.
