Question Beginers question

I have had a look through the FAQs but could not find an answer, so please don't shout if this is a really stupid question
I know that primer needs to be used on the body, but what about the chassis?
Does this need to be rubbed down and primered or can it just be sprayed?

Cheers

I think you can just directly spray the color on the chassis unless you want to spray light color on chassis molded in dark color which may be seen through.

For rubbing down, I don't think it is necessary to sand the chassis under there is very rough surface.

hope this help.
