Hey there. Found these great forums while searching for a problem with my auto, the TCC lockup solenoid problem that causes major stalls. Thanks to AF, I potentially saved $700-$1000, as I was about to take it to a transmisson specialist.
Contrary to my avatar and sig, I do not own a T/A (yet
), but a '92 cutlass supreme S. This would be my first car (yes, you can assume my age), and I'm happy with it, considering I got it for a thousand dollars due to the TCC problem. Of course, I didn't KNOW it had a TCC problem until I drove it home and it stalled right on the expressway exit
5 minutes later I had her running again, but I defiently need to get the new TCC solenoid in.
Well, hope I can post a lot more on these great AF forums for a while. Now that I can finally drive without the 'rents, I'm enjoying cars more and more everyday
