Unhappy Being Sick Sucks

I hate being sick!

I don't know what it is I have, but instead of my usual reaction to illness (which is my body temperature going below normal) I am now nursing a low-grade fever, a headache, stuffy nose/congestion, a slightly less sore throat, and coughing, too.

I'm such a miserable sick person, too. :o I'm always the "mother figure" but when I get sick, I want to be "mommied" back...

And the fact that my bitchy Calc 1 prof jipped me out of a B for the semester by 4 points isn't helping. I had a 79.459% C and she isn't even giving me a little + at the end to show how terribly close I came to a freaking B!!!!! I knew I hated her! I'd like to see how she likes it when I drop her class and tear those big ugly glasses off her petite, smug little face!!!!!!!

I'm going to leave now before my headache does anymore talking for me....

Drive Safely

Tangerine - Glad you're feeling better. Drive safely.

BTW - Good and bad news to report -- Good news: My buddy's Datsun Z was recovered in South Philly. Bad news, it was stripped pretty bare. He's going to rebuild it, but he's out a good 10K.
Cops found it. Without any help from the Stolen Car Reports site.
But I still think it's a great idea and will play their game when I'm on the road. Especially with the trucks.
Have a merry christmas.

I made the drive with out any problems! Thank goodness that the mountains were still warm enough that all the precip was still rain!

Glad to hear your buddy found the car... sorry to hear it was pretty "bruised"...

I agree, being sick sucks
I've been sick at like all the wrong times. I'm almost always sick on my b-day, I was sick for my cousin's wedding, I'm sick right now too

I'm essentially *knock on wood* over my previous cold that warranted the start of this thread....

But I spent half of Christmas Eve late night "enjoying" dinner again...

That was not at all fun.

Sucks alot
I've lost my voice 3 years in a row on my b-day, along with a lot of coughing fits and a stuffy head
