Need help please :(

ok my gf owns a 99 eclipse GS special edition. Recently the horn and cigerete lighter stopped working. both fuses are good. when u push the horn button i hear a clicking from the fuse box, so i take it the relay is working fine. What else should i check? any help is appreciated, ty!

Um, why don't you check the horn? It seems like that is a likely candidate for checking. Same with cigarette lighter, check voltage at the end, do they work?
