Rear seatbelt help!!!!!!

In my 94 2dr. g.p. my right rear seatbelt will not come out it is locked up or something. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem???? Any help would be great!!!!!

I once had a 93 and it was pretty easy to take out the back seats when i wanted to clean. A 94 should not be any worse, there are 2 bolts you can remove from below the backing to remove the seat. That should allow you to get into the tray that holds the seat beat a little easier and then you can try getting the catch to release the seat belt. That catch sometimes sticks when you slam on brakes. I think the cars had a mind of their own!!! but anyway give that a shot and see if you are more easily able to get into working on it.
