'96 Grand Cherokee....Engine wont shut off

I've got a '96 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 6 cylinder. I went to shut it off and the key will turn in the correct position but the engine will not shut off. The key and the cylinder it goes into operates just as it should. It will go to the Accessory, Run, and Start positions as it should and the Jeep will start without a problem but it wont shut off.

I've replaced the box that is screwed to the steering column that the key and cylinder locks into. There is also a wiring harness that plugs into that box also. But that did nothing to help the problem. I am looking for a wiring diragram that can tell me where those wires lead to from that harness or a possible solution to this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!!
