Everyone should start with www.vfaq.com and www.dsm.org at the least. If you havent seen them already. Should take weeks to go through it all.

I only crack on people's bad english if they are american My fiance is from Brasil... So no problems with your english

those are most of the ones i go to on occasion. RKO is slower than here but there are fewer people (smarter ones), NABR doesn't mess around, so that means good info is there, and the other two are good reference.

Also I don't give people a hard time about their bad grammar unless I can't read what they say, or it is too hard (all caps, no punctuation, etc) so don't worry People that know only some English usually are better than most americans at it anyway Plus Foreign people TRY hard to learn, some people seem to try NOT to learn how to speak better, when they don't know how stupid they sound.
