1994 180SX project, please any input at all

I'm going to save up and buy a 1994 hatchback 180SX (preferabably shiny black, or at least get a paint job done that way).

It would be a 2.0L turbo (SR20DET i think?)
4 cylinder
4 speed auto

here are some things i want to do with it
(tell me if the power to weight ratio would be legal and if not how could i tone it down a bit or get a lower power engine).

I'd like to convert it to 6 cylinder with EFI and 5 Speed manual, and is it possible to convert it to 4WD/AWD, and I'd like to put a RB30DETT in it, and i'd like to have 50/50 power ratio is it? or whatever the original power ratio is with stock etc, what would i have to put in it to mantain good handling and stability while still being able to drift heaps good in the car, new brakelines and power steering right? but i assume thats not all?

in a nutshell, i want a 94 180SX because it looks good, and get the most power (or legal amount of power) out of it i can, etc, any tips or advice would be appreciated, does anyone have any ideas on what else i could do with it as well?
