5th gen si getting a 96+ sohc vtec engine, whats involved.

im going to an auction tomorow to hopefuly get a hatch si 5th gen with over 200k miles . im just wondering what is involed in droping the 96+ vtec motor into the hatch...

i have been away from hondas for a while. so i forgot all the lingo..
i guess thats a d16z6 to a d16z7 swap, right?

so what needs to be done to do that, or is that not a worthwile solution? looking for a low buck way to freshen up the car...
