Clutch, feels like nothins there?

I dont think this is normal but i have an 98 eclipse GST, with an ACT 2600 lb clutch. When i push it in it doesnt have a release point like normal clutches do, instead it stays at the same pushing pressure all the way down, and it doesnt even feel that hard to push in. Also it doesnt feel like it is fully disengaging when i push it in because it is a little hared to get my car in gear. PLEASE HELP!

I'll bet a six pack the master or the slave cylinder have failed. The slave is at the front of the tranny under the car, right where it meets the motor. Pull back the rubber boot, and if you see fluid, its failed. Same goes for the master. You can find the clutch rod that goes through the firewall to the master cylinder, and if you see fluid on the inside of the firewall under that rod, its done. Other possibilites are rare, but include bad lines, or broken clutch parts.

i replaced my slave and master cylinders about 2 weeks ago, sorry i didnt say that right away, but you said it could be my lines or what other possibilities. Thanx for your responce, i know you are very knowledgeable on this board, i see your posts all the time and youve already answered several of my questions, any input from you is appreciated.

Just remembered another decent possibility. Broken clutch fork. Get under the car and look at what the slave cylinder rod is pushing on while someone steps on the clutch repeatedly. It should move straight to the left side (pass side) about an inch or so. If its "rotating" as it moves over, then one side of the "fork" broke off. Fairly common with 2600s. I've broken a couple. If it looks like its not rotating as it moves, but just isnt moving far enough, its either the slave, master, or needs to be rebled. If it hasnt been right since the slave/master were replaced 2 weeks ago, then its a bad bleeding job. Etc
