will grille from '98 Town & Country fit a '97 Town & Country

Anyone happen to know if a front grille from '98 Town & Country will fit a '97 Town & Country? If not, would it be possible to mount a '98 grill on a '97 by modifying something simple like mouting holes? Thanx.

The front ends are the exact same. They should bolt right into place with no modifcations or trouble. They both came off the same line in either St.Louis or Windsor but are the same. Try to salvage the black plastic push plugs if you can as they help reduce a lot of vibrating noise while driving. It should take you and a friend about an hour to swap them. Let me know how you make out.

Thanx much for the info. I'm going to buy a front grille from a '98-'00 T&C and will let you know how it turns out.

Let me know if you break any plugs or bolts during the front-clip swap. Make sure you remove the headlight lenses before doing any thing else. They are very expensive to replace and have to be removed anyways. Good luck!

did it fit??

wondering if the exchange went well and if everything bolted up (98 grill to replace 96 grill). This would definitely give an updated look with the Chrysler "Wings".
