93, won't start one minute, will the next no spark

I have a 93 sub, it will start fine one minute, an hour later it will crank but will not start, geting plenty of gas. Seems like there is no spark from ignition. Can come back next day and it fires up on first turn of the key. Any ideas?

check coil connections, coil wire, could be a broken wire from the pickup coil inside the distributor. sticking oil pressure switch. or bad ignition switch. maybe even a bad switch from the tranny selector, nuetral, park, position switch.

a diagnostic computer will probably be able to tell you the problem, even though it only has obd-1, you still should be able to pick up a trouble code from something like that. start with the easy things first to test, itll save you time and money :-)
