Heh, it's a real bear, but not too bad if ya do everything right. Just take the battery and tray out, unhook the clutch cable, and cable mount, disconnect the shift linkage, remove the driver's side CV axle, remove the starter, and then un-bolt the tranny from the engine. There's 2 bolts in the back motor mount to take out, 3 or 4 on the bellhousing, and one underneath where the starter was (this one is the biggest pain in the a$$ to take out). Then take the clutch out, get ur flywheel machined, put in the new one, and put the tranny back in. It's a 2 man job puttin it in without a lift. And remember to drain the trans oil before anything, or when you pull out that axle, you'll have an uber mess.

alot of great ideas so far, but don't forget to replace the throw-out bearing on the tranny side and also a good time to replace the pilot bearing on the engine. one last thing have a really good look at the rear engine seal a perfect time to change if any signs of leaking. Not a really bad job but 2 people for sure

good tips cod. You can do it with 1 person if you got a good amout of upper body strength, and a lot of patience. I've done it once myself, a 3 hour job turned into 7 tho.
