Need to know Starion/Conquest 2.6L Turbo A/R's
hi guys,
i need to know the turbine /compressor A/R's for the starion turbo. TDO5-12a ,i am using this turbo in a Miata project . i need to know what the A/R's are. check my home page i already installed it.seems to make good power ,but doesnt even see boost till 4K rpm. Please help me out. thanks

I would double-check that wastegate is installed correctly. TD05-12A should spool very quickly. I would not set boost above 14 psi. The turbo may just spool itself to death.

yeh ,i called up TEP today and they told me that this turbo is not measured by A/R's .they said it flowed 325cfm.i guess that is how this turbo is measured.
the miata is a 1.6L motor, so it does not push enuf air to get that turbo going unless i floor it then it kiks in at about 3400rpm. i still have an exhaust to put on and some things i'm gonna port ,and intercooler piping to refine .hopefully that will help it out a bit. looks like i am just gonna put an eclipse T25 in later on though. thanks for your reply,and links
