Question about Side Mirrors

I'm looking for M3 mirrors with white led's. Anyone know where to get them at a good price? and are they worth getting?

Re: Question about Side Mirrors

they dont look all that bad i fyou find halfway good ones. if you want cheap (price/looking) jus tget them from ebay ($50?). try to avoid the led ones, i got some of those from ebay and ended up taking them off because they just looked too cheap.

i'm a little skeptical about those led mirrors because i've seen some cars with them on and they sort of stick up in a weird way and it doesn't flow with the car. i might just get the plain old m3 ones without the led. i was also looking for side markers that fit in place of the molding on the fender. there was a site that were selling them (they looked very good) but the people there were shady. any tips?

M3 mirrors, regardless of leds or not, always "stick up". They have this odd slant that just makes it look cheap. If they made M3 mirrors that were straight... parallel to the ground, perfectly horrizontal.. instead of slanting, I'd consider buying one for my car.

As far as the side marker that you're talking about. Do they fit in place of the side molding on the front fender? I didnt know they made that. I was going to customize my own once.. but I never got around to it. If you have link to the website, or pictures... post them up so we can see what they look like.

well i changed my mind again and i'm thinking about jdm folding mirrors or power folding mirrors if i can find them cheap. as for those side markers, the company was Z2AutoSport and it looks like they went out of business because the site is down. but i did find a product review of the lights on this site here

http://www.torontocivics.com/article...ew/review.html

they looked pretty hot to me. just wish i can get my hands on them now.

From the looks of the link you posted, if you got yourhands on them now, you'll be kicking yourself in the ass around June when the LEDs blow out and water collects inside the light housing

I'd still buy it if I could find it. I dont even care if they're already blown out and have water inside them. I just want the housing so I can modify from there. I'll probably change the LED to a really bright white LED, and rea seal it so it wont leak.
