what to do?

my friend has a 1996 teg LS, he was consulting me on witch to do. <options> should he... turbo charge the car, leave N/A, or supercharge it.
if he chooses to turbo can he buy all accessories such as cams & valvetrain components, all that good stuff and install them untill he raises money to get a turbo kit.

pleas give advice

yes turbo it if you want the most power... you wont get that much power out of it n/a... supercharge it if you dont like lag and you dont want to wait for the turbo to slow down after you have parked the car or you dont want to get a turbo timer
