Has anyone experienced or know the fix for, the interior lights on my '98 Aurora that are all in-op along with the built in garage door opener. The lights will occasionally come back on, though dimmer, and accompanied by a static sound in the speakers when the radio is turned on. This will allow them to work for a few seconds only, then again off. I have checked all the fuses in all three fuse boxes. One other recent factor is the battery was changed, but problem was there before battery was replaced. Perplexing!

Re: interior light problems
All power for the lights come from the body control module not sure about the garage door opener. The BCM has a ground at the left side of the dash. Could be a ground problem. I would first check for power at the garage door switch.
