Well, the 1st one I installed for a customer about a month ago and it was complete crap. The 2nd never heard of but looks worse. 3rd one, some installers say that they are better than they use to be but only time will tell. I never was impressed with them. Besides, the buttons are on the side of the remote on the 2-way!!!!

Personally, I would go for this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=48611 But again, that is what I sell. You can buy any of the DEI product and it is all about the same stuff. Just Valet, Hornet, and Rattler are able to be sold uninstalled. Take a look at their website www.directed.com

Remember, DEI didn't become #1 in the industry overnight or by mistake.

Doesn't really matter what you get. If someone wants to break into your car, they'll get in.

My brother has a Viper alarm and his CRX has been broken into about 4 times. Sometimes the alarm is disabled, sometimes they just break a window, take what they need and run.

For the most part, alarms are not intended for the reach in and grab thefts. They are meant for the stealing of the car. If your brother keeps having problems, he should upgrade the alarm and make sure he and everyone around pays attendtion when an alarm goes off.
