New to this forum, but I must say so far I am impressed.
Have a question to anyone who has the answer. I have a 95 GMC Jimmy and the Passenger side mirror is loose but not broken. Has anyone tightened the side mirrors? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 95GMCman |

Re: Side View Mirrors
Welcome to AF guys.
to get to the hardware holding the mirrors on, you have to pull the door panel off. then u can get to the bolts for the mirror and tighten them if you have to.

Re: Side View Mirrors
my mirror was also loose and would shake at higher speeds. when I took it off i saw that it was craked from behind. I replaced it with a aftermaket from ebay. the aftermaket mirror was only $30 ,however, It did not fit as well. If you have to get a new mirror you might want to spend the extra money and get the original mirror.
