AC/Heater fan not blowing

need some help,2000 528 heater fan not blowing consistantly, go off and on.Any ideas.

A/c blower motor final stage resistor. Very common. Located near firewall on right hand side of transmission tunnel (mounted in the heater/ac box).

hey tuna woods maybe u can help me, got a 1997 528ia, behind the climate control unit there is a little fan that turns off when it wants too or if i unplug the battery and if i dont start my car in 2 days the battery will die (its even on when i get inside my car in the morning at times help?) thanks
