Thats supposidly the New RS-X Type R but i dunno if it will make it over here ......Usually all the good shit stays over their and we stuck with the left overs so dont get ur hopes up too high

That is ture. i here the evo 7 is comin for 2002. but i doubt it. We will probadly just get the lancer with 125 hp and front wheel drive.

I dont doubt it a damn bit .......its pretty sad we get the weak pos cars and they get the skylines ,silvia's, RX-7and supras ...and no offense we get the SI's , Preludes ,Eclipses ....I'm not downing these cars but their just not ALL that and a Bag of chips out of the factory .

Hi, The EVO7 has been here for about eight weeks and looks better in person than in pic's I think they are around
76k here which is 29k US. NZ dollar is worth s#*t 0.39 US

And do you have that right??? 206ft-lbs??? That is a hell of alot of torque...I mean a hell of alot, espically for a honda. Damn, sign me up for one of those right now.

they dont come for multiple reasons...
there isnt a big enough market to make it feasible to go ahead and make them fully emissions legal, and crash legal. there is a lot of crashtesting that goes into making a car certifiable over here, and they flat out dont give a fuck cuz the market over here isnt quite begging yet,
so if we all get on our knees, maybe they will send us some bad ass cars. it worked with the vw gti... it took some serious lobbying by enthusiasts in the states... we need to get in gear instead of bitch and speculate as to why they dint send em over... :licker:

The Evo 7 is on its way to our shores, right on the heels of the WRX. There was a version of the Evo slated for domestic U.S. market sale at the NYC Auto Show last week. Unfortunately, it was right before closing that I saw it and I didn't get get a chance to take a good look at it.

Now GOD, I'm with HXMan here, I've been at the scoop and scouting sites for months looking for stuff on the new Integra. That picture is the new RSX Type R, and I've seen 200 and 220 horsepower being thrown around left and right, but I have NEVER seen anything for torque. Considering the Prelude's 2.2 liter VTEC makes 156 lb-ft and the S2000's 2.0 liter VTEC makes 153 lb-ft, 206 lb-ft is extraordinary. Incredible. And very difficult to swallow. May I ask as to where you got this info? I'm not doubting you, and I REALLY hope you're right, but it does seem too good to be true. Let us know.

as a side note...
just b/c it was at the show, doesnt mean it was on sale here yet...
and the s2k has 175 tq at about 7500...

not to doubt you, as i heard that it is coming, but being at the show and being on sale are two diff things...
cuz if that was true, i'd be buyin a ford 49, or maybe the rally focus that was at the cleveland show, or maybe the viper concept that has been at the shows...
know what im sayin? :licker:
