Sun visor

I'm looking to do an LCD flipdown in the driver's sun visor. However, I do not want to alter the original visor. Sooo, where might I find a replacement visor? Everywhere I've looked online needs a part number (which I don't have).

Also, how good is the Bentley factory repair CD-ROM? I'm looking for interior trim work (one of my upcoming alterations involves running keyboard/mouse/vga wires the length of the car), electrical, and mechanical (I'll be doing some basic performance mods, and I usually do my own work on cars.) For $99, I'm hoping the bentley manual isn't too bad.

Bently is the best manual available for the car, but it won't have part numbers for sunvisors - your local VW dealer can give you that. All manuals are weak on interior & trim.
