Question tires for 98 4-runner?

I need new tires for my 1998 toyota 4-runner ltd 2WD. tire size is 265/70/16. I'm looking for some recommendations. thanks

It depends on which type of tire you are looking for. For a highway all-season, I would look at the Firestone Destination LE, Michelin Cross Terrain SUV, the Bridgestone Dueler HL, or the Yokohama Geolander HT-S. For all-terrain, I would look a the Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo or the Yokohama Geolander AT Plus 2. Those are the best we have tested here. Here's a link to our online tire selector:
