Stripping paint

Does windexcleaner (with ammonia) strip of primer?

I thought I could strip the paint of my Enzo in case i mess up.
But I don't wanna do it if the cleaner strips of the primer too.

Thanks!

Re: Stripping paint

Windex will strip off acrylic paints, not enamels or lacquers.
What type of primer do you have?

Re: Stripping paint

That's lacquer based, you won't remove that with Windex, you'll need something like brake fluid to strip it.
