04 corolla part under bumper needed

My grandma bought a new corolla. Now she must of hit a curb when she parked at a supermarket she hit the underneath part of the bumper where fog lights are supose to go. She has the lower end model with no fog lights. Now the plastic black piece is gone and there is a hole there. Does anyone know of any sites where i can order another cover for section of the car. I thought of a junk yard but its a new 04 model. Since she hit it and part is missing its not under warranty. I also know that the dealer will charge an arm and a leg and a shoulder for this part. Once again its the part that covers the hole to where a fog light would go. thanks in advance. [email protected]
