Unhappy Diesel Burb Stalling

I Have A 94 Diesel Burb That Keeps Stalling On Me At Any Speed. It Will Even Do It at Idle. It Does Not Matter If It Is Hot Or cold. It Has not popped Any Codes. What gets me is it still has alot of power. So I don't think it is the injector pump, or could it be? I Have RePlaced The Fuel Pump, And Crankpostion Sensor. I have done all the mantience on the burb myself. This is the first promblem I have had with it. It has 165,000 miles on it.

Re: Diesel Burb Stalling

Sure sounds like an electrical problem. Not being a Diesel guy I am unsure where specifically to check though. Maybe someone else?

Regards

Burb Stalling

My 96 Diesel Pick Up Stall On A Regular Basis. At Least Once Or Twice A Week. I Found The Fuel Pump Under The Chasis Had Failed, So I Replaced It. Little Better Operation, But It Continued To Stall. I Finally Replaced The Main Fuel Pump And It Works Perfect. So Stalling Is Indicative Of Fuel Pump Failure. If Your Vehicle Has Less Than 120,000 Miles, The Pump May Have Full Warranty. If It Is Less, Then Take It Only To The Dealer To Take Advantage Of The Warranty. If You Go Elsewhere To Fix It, You Will Not Be Happy With The Cost. It Cost Me $1100.

The computer is that maybe the same thing as the "PMD" box that they tell me here in Finland that is the problem because my sub. acts about the same as yours did.
How much did the repairwork cost.
