Angry your opion...liar or not

would a hatch with an H23/turbo'd/ with a 250shot of NOS,

1. run a ten second quarter mile, and if so what would need to be done? As far as tech. tuning, rubber used (would they need all the goodies/ slicks and skinnies), and anything i cant think of.

2. would a hatch with a motor like that haveing the horse power to run a high ten second 1/4 mile need some serious work to keep it held together?

3. lastly if some had this motor and ran times like this would they be able to make a coment like " yeah i had the car for 4 months now and i havent had a problem, and i run the shit out of it"

i ask only cause this guy and his hatch that i am speaking of rubbed me the wronge way and he seemed like one of those guys that would strech the truth to seem better than everyone (not saying he dosent have a fast hatch but..). and i dont know everything there is and didnt want to open my mouth and sound like an idoit but....well he made that coment "my v-tec sucks" and i dont even have v-tec, and i would think that it would'nt be that hard to notice whether or not a 91 integra has or dosent have v-tec to someone with a ten second hatch. so let me know what you think.

Re: your opion...liar or not

why don't u ask for a time slip? the three items that u mention he has is a lethal force to be reckon with, but i highly doubt he can hit a 10 sec 1/4 mile and still be street legal. the h23 in a hatch is great for straight aways, but in a daily driver thats a different story due to thier heavy a$$ wieght, this is the reason why many people stay away from them. also this guy must really have alot of money to get all this stuff, if what ur saying is true because getting 10's is no easy task and u have to replace and gut a lot of stuff. honestly im kind of skeptical until i see some pics. to give u an example, once u have lets say 300+ hp u definately have to replace the axles. to get some heavy duty racing axles they can cost $1000+ per side and thats not including installation. some of the fast racers i met never even wanted the h23, they preffer a heavily built b18b or the b18c with turbo, it was just an easier and better base to start with.

Re: your opion...liar or not

first off this guy is a complete dumbass, he says he has an H23 turbod, but and tuner experenced enough will know that the H-series does not respond well to NOS, and second, how does he get a 250 shot? isn't that supposed to make the turbo around 9PSI because it is mathimatically in possible to make that a problem free car. In my opinion, he's full of shit.

I think the V-tec comment is enough to give the guy away. Total douchebag....

i call bs... like s777 said... if he doesnt know that the 91 integra doesnt have v-tech he prolly doesnt know much... its hard enough to hit tens with a rwd car.... to get that traction he would probably have to get some monster rims with slicks.... another thing you might want to look at is his breaks... lol if he has some puny stock breaks on their i doubt he is even close

"ten second 1/4 mile need some serious work to keep held together?"

wut do u think... lol

Re: your opion...liar or not

well i am glad we are all on the same page here, this guy says that he wants to race for like $200 on sat. I dont have that much so oh well but at least i will see the car on sat. so i will get a look at it, now i am trying to get a friend of mine to let me or get him to race this red hatch in his hatch...which is fast (a fully built GS-r turbo'd boosting 15psi, built by some race shop in riverside). i would love to see his face after that race, even this guys 1/4mile times where mid 12's.
