manual to power window conversion

I dont know if i would ever end up doing this; but is there a fairly inexpensive way to convert from manual to power windows in a 2000 neon. im getting sick of leaning over to roll my passenger window up and down.

oh and what about door locks?

there probably is but if you would want to do it yourself if would be a b*tch to get power to it from the battery.
