I'm just gonna ask, is the switch on the dash off.....OK then, clean the contacts (4) on each sliding door. these communicate to the system. also check switch on rear light. it can be switched on aside from the dash interior light switch. The two fron doors and hatch use regular switches so my money is on dirty contacts. Clean with an electrical contact cleaner and then be sure to put an electrical grease on them for conductivity when closed. Radio shack has these items or any electronics supply house.
