94 APV stalls won't start

94 Lumina APV 3.1 Stalls intermittently. Won't start for some time (5 min to 2 hours) then starts right up. Also, won't start if it's been sitting for a short while. Here's the thing - no spark AND no gas at that time. Short of swapping out ECMs and fuel pumps, any ideas would be appreciated!

Problem solved. It was the ignition module. Tested fine on the bench but finally failed in the shop where they were able to scope it. Replaced months ago and no problems ( at least with that) since!
