I just swapped in a H22 w/ 5speed transmission and ecu. My civic was automatic. Do I need a clutch pedal switch for it to start, or do I need some wiring ? Please help.

yes you need a clutch switch to turn the car on. and alot more wiring than just unplugging the auto and plugging in the manual, be prepared for a whole hell of alot of wiring.
