Question hydraulic clutch in a civic w/JDM B16

Over the past few days it has gotten increasingly difficult to shift. Just yesterday, i found shifting impossible because the cluth pedal isn't disengaging the clutch from the flywheel. I tried bleeding the part that moves the clutch fork, but that resulted in more freeplay and a bunch fluid on the ground.

I can't figure out whether I need to just add fluid or get a whole new slave cylinder... Does anyone out there have any idea what could be the cause of this?
