I just bought a NX kit from a guy here and was wondering about some things. Do the RPM's go up faster at all or do they stay about the same? Is nitrous hard on the engine if it's used like maybe 2 times a week? What mods should I start saving up for that will imporove the nitrous or whatever? I have heard that a new clutch will be needed soon, is there anything else? Also just any other comments or warnings you have about nitrous. Thanx and please post any comments or what.

I think it will be fine if it is a 50 shot. As for mods a header and exhaust will help. A new clutch will definitely be needed since you will burn up the stock one. A fuel pressure regulator will be helpful as will a new fuel pump if you plan on increasing the jet size. Some colder spark plugs will help decrease the threat of detonation. HTH

personally i think that nos is easier on your engine than turbo or supercharged because it is not always beating on your engine. Turbo and super are always on and wearing down your engine. but nos is only safe if installed correctly.
