Sunroof leak

My 96 Taurus Wagon sunroof leaks. The weep holes need to be cleaned out, but the trick I use on my Infiniti of a coathanger wire is not working. Too stiff for the bends in the taurus holes.

Any suggestions on how to best clean them out?

It is the rainy season in Portland...
