Unhappy More problems than a 1 legged man in an ass kickin contest

ok i got a bunch of little problems on my 90 civic hatch DX and i'm dying to fix them here they go...

1) whenever i start my car and turn my lights on my gauge cluster doesen't turn on and sometimes i'll be driving for 20 minutes or 2 hours and they may or may not come on

2) Whenever it rains alot for a long period of time whether my car sits or is driven the floor accumulates ALOT of water and it's getting redicilous

3) I was being stupid and in the last snow storm i met with a few people and was doing E brake donuts and my 2 front wheel wells got ripped out. Is it essential for me to replace them?

4) This hasn't happened lately but I have a feeling it will again soon but a couple months ago once every 10 or 11 starts my car wouldn't start and i'd keep trying to turn it over and it eventually would whether it be after 2 or 30 minutes it would turn over eventually but then the problem happened more often but this problem has happened once in the past 2 months (when i went to go pick up my g/f I might add)

5) I went to go get an oil change done about 2 weeks ago (at V.I.P. discount auto center LOL) and after the oil change i took my car out for a spin on I-95 over a bridge and i got it up to 118 mph with 3 other people in the car and as soon as i slowed down the car was ticking really loud and was running sluggish as if a spark plug wire wasn't connected, I checked all the plugs and wires and everything looked good but when i accelerated, it just slowly stuttered and finally gained full power again and i drove it home and let it sit. The next day I start the car in the morning and it's not running sluggish anymore but it still ticks. After a week of putting up with the obnoxous ticking i checked the oil and it was a little low so i added a quart of oil and now when i start the car it still ticks but after the car heats up the ticking is reduced but when i quickly accelerate i can still hear the ticking from in the car so i can only imagine what it sounds like when i'm driving by

6) I have a system in my car and when i turn it up a bunch of shit rattles in the car (mainly) the passenger side seat belt holder, which aint a big deal because thats only a bolt or 2 to tighten) but my problem is when the bass hits the passenger side seat belt indicator ( connected to the rear view mirror) the light turns on then when the bass hits hard again it turns off and so on

These are the only problems with my car and any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank You so much for reading my 1st post

Check the wiring to the switch.

2) Whenever it rains alot for a long period of time whether my car sits or is driven the floor accumulates ALOT of water and it's getting redicilous

Check the seals on the doors windshield and hatch.

3) I was being stupid and in the last snow storm i met with a few people and was doing E brake donuts and my 2 front wheel wells got ripped out. Is it essential for me to replace them?

If you get big wheels you have to take them out anyways

4) This hasn't happened lately but I have a feeling it will again soon but a couple months ago once every 10 or 11 starts my car wouldn't start and i'd keep trying to turn it over and it eventually would whether it be after 2 or 30 minutes it would turn over eventually but then the problem happened more often but this problem has happened once in the past 2 months (when i went to go pick up my g/f I might add)

Thats just the gremlins change the dizzy rotor and cap, spark plugs and wires. If it still happens look at the fuel injectors.

Well #1 change your own oil and use good oil. You get what you pay for. It sounds to me like a valve is out of adjustment. Check them and adjust them as needed. Im not explainin it. Goy buy a Haynes or chiltons or wasit for Jackassi to post the links.

Shits always gonna rattle get used to it. The more you do to your car the more it will rattle. Esp. bushings and mounts. Also the light thing...I just took mine apart and dissconnected it.

oh yea

7) my spedometer needle i guess you could say vibrates more often than not, once I really get on the gas pedal it stops vibrating, but when it goes back to low rpm's it vibrates again. This problem isn't always but off and on
