Boosted RS, Oil shot out NEED HELP!

I need help. does anyone know what compression i should have when doing a leakdown test at each cylinder?
So far i am coming up with 47, 47, 47, 59
Let me know what u think. (there may be a problem with the guage) but im not sure.
For some reason its not starting, but i don't have any water in my oil from what i've observed. Its got fire, & fuel.

I hit boost spike @ 13 PSI, on all stock internals, and heard a sound simular to a BOV, but oil shot out from my valve cover and onto my window (was running without a hood for clearance at the time.)

What do you think? I would really appreciate any help u could provide.

I've heard of longer head bolts on the 420a helping out when boosting, but im not sure. maybe i blew the gasket, LET ME KNOW, its Christmas and i don't got my baby.
Thanks....
Hector

sounds like your rings are gone! your compression is weird, i mean usually if your rings or anything is wrong with the compression its usually 0 that comes back on the readings, also you could have some bent valves which would cause the low comression but other than that and the rings i'm not sure without being there, and yes you could have blew the head gasket, exspecially with the original head bolts, that should have been the first thing you did, in my opinion, is change to longer head bolts... i cant believe you are running at 13psi on a stock 420a, i ran 15psi on purpose to blow the engine and it did, but i'm still floored that you ran any more than 10psi and expect it not to blow!!!

either WG or BOV didnt open which would evenually cause the boost to climb and hit the 13psi boost spike like you said... now without having longer headbolts your head probably lifted off the block, causing the oil pressure to drop, then when your head came back down, the oil pressure then boosting back to normal too quickly causing it to spray out the breather on the top of the valve cover! get some longer head bolts and check your WG and BOV!
