Help! My 91 has issues

[91 SC TBIRD GIRL]

I have a 91 SC Tbird. She's my baby, I love her. Her ECC isnt working and the shop manual says the blend door isnt calibrating, she reads E2 and E7. Her JBL stereo quit working and she will take off screaming down the road, without command. It's like a ghost is pushing the pedal to the floor. I found she power brakes quite nicely. I just replaced the ignition control monitor last summer. She only has 32,000 miles and I dont trust the Ford shop to touch her since they wanted to charge me 2 hours labor for the module that I (a woman) was able to pull in my garage, open the hood, disconnect the neg cable and change out the part and backed her out in 7 minutes flat. What can I do to help her problems. The Ford shop manual doesnt go over the sudden excelleration or the blend door. I will fix her stereo issues with a new deck. Can anyone advise. I am not afraid to work on rigs. I also love the way she handles and GOES.
