Electronic Engine Ionizer (Gas saver)

I was looking for a way to get better gas milage and I cam across this on the web. http://store.yahoo.com/engineionizer-store/ I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it works. I did a search already and didnt find anything. I read enough on the tornado already, so please no more "if it worked it would be on all cars already."
