I'm sorry man, I know what its like. How bad of a stroke was it? My grandma had one almost 10 years ago and it practically fried her. She's still alive, but she can't talk or move her left side. It's tough man. Best wishes to you and your family.

Sorry to hear about your grandma. Your lucky to still have her, though. My grandpa had one not too long ago.....it killed him.

Lord I hate the holidays... I understand people have it off worse than me but so far I've totaled my step-father's car (in an extremely humanitarianist way), been through my grandmother's stroke, nearly lost my job, been denied once and for all by my old school, and now today lost my gf of the last two years... Only thing going right is work and I'm about to move back with my parents and goto school locally so I can save for my newest project car (estimated to come in around Feb.) Oi. How'd y'alls holidays go.. I need some good news.

By the way thank you all for your kind comments toward my grandmother.. She's made a complete recovery and is (unfortuneately) back to her old antics of over-working herself no matter what anyone says to her. She's back at home though and seems to be OK. Thank you all.

So sorry to hear about all the bad stuff that's going on for you at the moment. It sounds like you're having one hell of a time of it. All you can do is continue on the way you are focusing on the good things.

As for good things - I got my new wheels painted. Don't know if that's the sort of good news thing you want to hear?!
