intake manifold for 66 satellite

ok this is for all you mopar engine wizards .i was wondering if a 383 intake manifold will fit on to a 318 polly block thanks very much.

No, it won't fit or work. You have an 'A' series motor and that is the manifolds that fit it. A 383 ('60-'72) uses a completely differant intake system.
I think you may look and E-bay or something and you may find a 4Bbl intake made '57-'62 or so and that would fit ok. Back in the '50's there was even a 2-4Bbl intake that was factory produced for the Fury package cars but it's been years since I've even seen one.....

Offenhauser made one. I've seen 'em at the Carlisle PA swap shows. goin for $100.00 or so. Factory one only fits the factory carter carb for the year (expensive! and hard to find) offy takes a square bore anything by anybody. Use an AFB, uh, I mean an Edelbrock carb. (god, why did they do that to me...)
