Yes the car is street legal...

I've seen it... the only thing the car needs is a nice custom interior... and its for sale too Oh if I only could convince myself to spend $10,000 more then I got budgeted... hahaha!

love the rims. definitly need the custom interior work. while at it, get rid of the Z3 fenders and get some carbon fiber hood and you're set
